Energy Saving
Using electromagnetic induction heating, heating efficiency of over 98% can be achieved, providing energy savings of 30% or more in comparison with conventional electric heating unit.
Safe & Comfortable
The surface temperature of induction heating coil is approximately 60°C only, which efficiently prevents human from burn injuries and avoids the risk of high workshop temperature caused by large amounts of heat that is usually generated from traditional heating resistance of 600°C surface temperature.
Long Service Life
In induction heater, the coils are wound up by high-temperature resistant wires that feature a good insulation performance. The coil does not contact the workpieces, can provide long service life of more than 10 years while reducing maintenance cost.
Even Heating & Accurate Temperature Control
With extremely-low thermal inertia, induction heating can achieve accurate control of temperature and even heating. Therefore, the product quality and productivity can be significantly improved.
Intelligent Control & Low Labor Intensity
The induction heating unit has functions of automatic control of heating temperature, automatic start / shut down, automatic circulation heating, pre-setting of temperature and time, attended monitoring is not required.
Delay Function Protection With the help of 3-minute delay function, the fan runs continuously for 3 minutes when the system is turned off, it aims at exhausting the residual heat to further ensure the usage safety.
